The Forum began as a conversation between Jill Davies (the CEO at Radford Care Group) and I about a year ago now. We have now held two meetings and the next is fast approaching . I am a Private Client solicitor but also a Director at Radford Care Group. I have a keen interest in the Act and work regularly with elderly clients. By working together we can provide a better service and educate each other.
The Forum is only as good as we make it! Let's make it work.
The Forum enables professionals the opportunity to share information and discuss ways in which the Mental Capacity Act 2005 has affected their work and their clients.
