Office of the Public Guardian publishes new guidance for professionals The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) has recently updated its website to include a portal to a new collection of information for professionals. The guidance includes frequently asked questions and useful summaries of orders made by the Court of Protection since 1 October 2007. These highlight some of the common queries and areas of difficulty. The OPG has also published a number of guidance articles including commentary by Denzil Lush, Senior Judge of the Court of Protection, on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
